Full answer
Lenovo’s PSREF spec sheet for the ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 13 (Intel Core Ultra Series 2) lists only 65W USB-C AC adapters, PD 3.0 (standard, nano GaN wall-mount, slim and slim GaN versions; offerings depend on the country). Its 57Wh battery supports Rapid Charge, up to 80% in 1 hour. The X1 Carbon Gen 12 (Core Ultra Series 1) sheet lists 45W or 65W USB-C adapters (PD 3.0) and says Rapid Charge (80% in 1 hr) is with the 65W adapter. Both charge through two USB-C ports (Thunderbolt 4 / USB4 40Gbps) with USB PD 3.0. So a 65W USB-C PD charger is the match; a 100W multi-port brick is fine if you want one charger for laptop and phone.
Lenovo notes Rapid Charge is only guaranteed when the computer is off, in standby or hibernation; when it’s on, charge time depends on system load and adapter power. Other ThinkPads: see the ThinkPad USB-C adapter page.
